RECOMMENDED USAGE
- Bottle Wash Liquid is a caustic based detergent with powerful wetting and foam control properties.
- The special surfactant system ensures effective label removal.
- Bottle Wash Liquid is designed for use in all types of hard water.
- Bottlewashing - concentrations varying between 1 - 3 % w/w are normally used depending on type of bottlewashing machine used.
- Plant cleaning - use at a 1.0 - 2.0% w/w solution through high pressure CIP equipment depending on degree of soiling.
- Elevated temperatures should be employed where possible.
- Solutions of Bottle Wash Liquid will rinse freely from all surfaces without leaving chemical residues .
